Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure: 30% of monthly adjusted collections (associate responsible for only 35% of lab fees; $25 per block/crown milled in-house)

Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day for full 10-hour shift or $500 for 5-hour mid-shift (first three months, whichever is higher)

Procedures & Clinical Scope:

General dentistry: comprehensive restorative care, crowns, bridges, partials, dentures, simple molar endodontics, simple and surgical extractions (excluding wisdom teeth)

Implant-supported care accommodated (placement/restoration optional)

Doctor-provided hygiene: exams and cleanings with immediate treatment planning and same-day case acceptance
